These terms explain the practical rules for using BGMFREE and the public music library.
Free public generations
Free generated tracks are intended for public use and may be listed in the BGMFREE public library. You may download, publish, edit, and use them as background music for videos, stores, apps, games, posts, and presentations.
You may not claim exclusive ownership over public generated tracks, register them into Content ID or similar rights-claim systems, or use them to block other BGMFREE users.
Responsible prompts
Do not request direct copies of famous songs, artist impersonation, copyrighted lyrics, or private recordings that you do not have permission to use. BGMFREE may block prompts that create legal, safety, or quality risks.
Generated output can vary. You are responsible for checking that a downloaded track fits your project and platform requirements before publishing.
Future paid features
BGMFREE may later offer longer tracks, private generation, high-quality masters, or business plans. Paid features will have their own clear conditions before purchase.
