BGMFREE Privacy Policy
BGMFREE collects only the information needed to generate, publish, protect, and improve public background music.
Information we process
BGMFREE may process the prompt text you enter, generated track metadata, track titles, audio file URLs, creation time, public comments, likes, dislikes, downloads, play events, basic device information, and service logs.
Free public generation is designed for public library output. Do not enter private, sensitive, confidential, financial, medical, legal, or identity information into free public prompts or comments.
Why we process it
We use prompts and generation metadata to create tracks, improve prompt design, prevent abuse, block unsafe requests, maintain public license records, diagnose reliability issues, and understand which tracks are useful.
Analytics data may be used to count visits, sessions, generated tracks, downloads, and approximate product usage. This helps us maintain the service and prioritize quality improvements.
Storage and third parties
Audio files and related assets may be stored using Cloudflare services such as R2 and Pages. API, queue, and site logs may be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate BGMFREE.
Google AdSense or related Google advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies where advertising is enabled. In regions that require consent, a Google-certified consent flow should be shown before personalized advertising is served.

For privacy questions, false claims, deletion requests, or metadata issues, contact support@bgmfree.com with the relevant track URL or track ID.
This policy may change as BGMFREE adds paid plans, private generation, account features, or additional analytics. The current version will be published on this page.
